The Rance Allen Group Celebrated in New Documentary

Tyscot Music & Entertainment celebrates the over 40 year career of the Rance Allen Group with the November 27th release of  Amazing Grace, a 2 disc set featuring new music from the group and the never-before-seen Rance Allen Group documentary Music Majors.  

The documentary chronicles the life of Rance, Tom and Steve Allen from their early beginnings in Monroe, OH to their days with Stax Records and forward to becoming Grammy Award nominees and  gospel music legends in their own right.  Current gospel artists including Kirk Franklin, James Fortune, Isaac Caree, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Keith ”Wonderboy” Johnson and Paul Porter share how the music and witness of the Rance Allen Group shaped their lives and had an impact on their own music careers.

The Rance Allen Group’s new 2-disc set CD/DVD project, Amazing Grace, will be available in stores and online November 27th.
