Tri City Singers' Erica Bratton-McCullough Passes

MCculloughGOSPELflava joins others around the country mourning the passing of Donald Lawrence and Tri City Singers’ member Minister Erica Bratton McCullough. A native of Gastonia, NC,  McCullough is most prominently recognized for adding lead vocals to “When the Saints Go To Worship”, “God”, “Great Things” and a majestic cover of Tramaine Hawkins’ “Lord I Try”.  McCullough also lended vocals to “With a Made Up Mind/Heaven” from Patrick Love and the AL Jinwright Mass Choir’s project The Vision.  Bratton-McCullough also performed in stage plays  “A Woman Like That” and “Hallelujah”.  Her vocals are also on the Motion Picture Soundtracks for “Boycott” and “The Associate” starring Academy Award Winner, Whoopi Goldberg.

Erica served as Music Director of the Greater Paradise Christian Center in Baltimore, Maryland, under the leadership of Overseer Shawn Bell and Lady A. Faye Bell. We offer our prayers for the McCullough family and all of those impacted by the life and legacy of Erica Bratton-McCullough
