New Deal For VaShawn Mitchell

VaShawn Mitchell signs a new deal for his VMAN Entertainment music with Fair Trade Services, in partnership with Tyscot Records. Mitchell’s VMAN Entertainment will bring high-level talent and creativity by offering relevant and contemporary urban worship music.

VMAN Entertainment also inked a deal with long-time marketing executive, Larry Blackwell and Blackwell Legacy LLC who will work along with Fair Trade and Tyscot to deliver the upcoming project.

“I am truly excited about this new alliance with Fair Trade, Tyscot, and VMAN Entertainment as I start the next chapter in my music ministry,” Mitchell said. “Tyscot has always been like family, and I am looking forward to spreading Jesus in a BIG way with the team at Fair Trade.”

Mitchell’s first offering, “You Took The Nails,” is a compelling new song just in time and perfectly suited for the Easter season. “You Took The Nails” is impressive, moving, and impassioned song that matches the power of the holiday. The single is available tomorrow on all digital sales and streaming platforms and precedes Mitchell’s new digital EP, CROSS MUSIC available everywhere on March 9.

”Fair Trade and Tyscot are excited to work together with VaShawn,” said Jeff Moseley, Fair Trade Services President, and Founder. “Each company brings their unique strengths to the partnership and VaShawn is a hugely talented artist who has delivered a strong project that we are excited about.”

President of Tyscot Records, Bryant Scott, added: “VaShawn began his recording career with Tyscot, and we are excited to work with him in this new season.”

“You Took The Nails,” is available tomorrow everywhere music is streamed and sold. Mitchell also will helm The Gospel Heritage Foundation’s International Worship & Arts Summit which kicks off today, through Saturday in Nashville, TN.
