Jeffery LaValley Delivers Collection Of Hymns

The Hymns of the Church hold a special place in the heart of multi award nominated songwriter/producer and musician extraordinaire Minister Jeffery LaValley.  For over 3 decades, LaValley has worked with some of Gospel music’s premiere artists, both trailblazers (LaValley is a featured performer in the Gaither Gospel Series Gospel Legends CD and DVD) and new comers.  He dutifully serves as Minister of Music at the New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church as well as having served in the post of Minister of Music for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International.  It is during the annual convention that LaValley creates an atmosphere of reverence as the evening hymn is sung.  LaValley readily accepted his new calling as “Facebook Minister of Music”, at times taking requests and playing hymn favorites for an extended period.  Hymns, the CD was born out of the response he received from those who were blessed by the music.

The disc contains some 17 selections that celebrate the rich legacy and history of the music of the church.  LaValley is comfortable at the Hammond organ to deliver timeless treasures including More Love To Thee, I Need Thee Every Hour, Draw Me Nearer and In the Garden.  Hymns by Jeffery LaValley is available on all digital outlets.
