Gospel Dream Winner Stephanie Dotson Passes

GOSPELflava joins others across the country in mourning the passing of worship leader and psalmist Elder Stephanie Dotson.  Dotson, a Louisiana native and the 2004 Gospel Dream Competition Winner burst on the scene with Miracles Still Happen, her recording effort for Tehillah Records (read our review here and interview here). Dotson would go on to appear in the 2006 Tyler Perry movie, Madea’s Family Reunion.
