Koryn Hawthorne Drops EP

We’ve already established a great admiration for Koryn Hawthorne.  The Season 4 finalist from The Voice showed us that she can deliver with the release of her single Won’t He Do It, and further solidifies her place with the release of her EP, hitting  retail and digital outlets on August 11th.

Hawthorne has used her time wisely and put what she has learned in such a short time to good use.  Her voice soars majestically on the power ballad Speak The Name, written and produced by Aaron Lindsey and Bernie Herms. Undeniable is the passion felt on the rock infused Warriors produced by Warryn Campbell and Joaquin The Bear Bynum, and the EP is rounded out with the rich soulfulness felt in Reasons featuring J. Monty.

Hawthorne shared these sentiments: “To work with producers of this caliber is amazing. There’s no greater feeling than being able to create with people I have looked up to for so long,” Koryn says. “After working with these amazing individuals, I have even more confidence in myself and in the distinctive approach I take with my music.”

Koryn Hawthorne is the embodiment of the little engine that could.  And she most definitely CAN.
