Candi Staton Returns With Shout Hallelujah

Candi Staton gives people reason to Shout Hallelujah with the release of a new single.  Shout Hallelujah anchors Its Time To Be Free,  the new album Staton has been working on and is preparing for release.  The singer states emphatically, “It’s great to wake up and start your day off with a Hallelujah shout.”

The former disco diva whose Young Hearts Run Free earned her great notoriety rededicated her life’s work to the Lord and started Beracah Records in the 80s, recording hits that included “Sin Doesn’t Live Here Anymore,” “Love Lifted Me,” “Mama” “I’m Changed” and “The First Face I Want To See.”
