You Deserve It Takes Top Honors At ASCAP Awards

The 31st annual ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards brought out the best and brightest songwriters and performers to the Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles on June 21st.  ASCAP members behind the biggest chart-topping hits of the past year across several music genres were recognized.

Top honors in Gospel Music went to JJ Hairston and Cortez Vaughn for You Deserve It.  Hairston and Company delighted attendees with a rousing performance of the song.  Additional winners are listed below.
