Motown Gospel Announces Signing of Royce Lovett

Royce Lovett is the newest signee to the Motown Gospel roster.   The Florida native will release Show Me Love, the first single from his major label debut Write It On The Wall on on July 10th.  A distinguished singer/songwriter Lovett combines the elements of hip-hop and neo soul with strong Christ centered lyrics appealing to believers and non believers alike. Royce’s earliest music beginnings emanate from the experience of watching his mom lead worship at their local church. Through his mother, he came to know the music of Christian worship bands like Hillsong. The Florida resident broadened his love and appreciation for authentic music while listening to Michael Jackson, Musiq Soulchild, and Lauryn Hill and The Fugees. An adept guitarist, Lovett has connected with audiences across the country as well as gaining fans while touring South America and Europe.
