Joel Barnes, known as Joe L, a Kentucky native, is a songwriter and worship leader based outside of Atlanta, Georgia. He not only has a passion for song writing, but also burns to teach and equip others with the tools needed to create and release their sound of authenticity. In April of 2020, Joe L, alongside Maverick City released the song, “Promises,” which has now been viewed over 200M times on YouTube.
