Karew Records Announces Release Date For GEI Live

Bishop J. Drew Sheard, Kierra Sheard and J. Drew Sheard II joined Derrick Starks on social media last week to announce the September 30th release date for GEI Live, the highly anticipated recording of Detroit’s Greater Emmanuel Institutional Church of God in Christ music department.  The  CD is available for pre-order with two singles available now, the radio single “Hang On”, featuring Kierra Sheard backed by the GEI Youth Choir and “Press On” featuring Bishop J. Drew Sheard.

The 13-track disc also features memorable performances from The Clark Sisters as well as Karen Clark Sheard, Twinkie Clark,  Dorinda Clark Cole and J. Drew Sheard II handling lead vocal duties.  The disc is produced by J. Drew Sheard II and Derrick Starks.
