Kim Harley Makes Her Choice Known

It’s been a minute since we heard from worship leader Kim Harley. She burst on the national scene with her debut single I Choose You. Kim is keeping busy serving God as her heart and passion is witnessed weekly by the faithful who gather at the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn, under the capable leadership of Pastors A R and Jamaal Bernard.  The summer brought the release of the CCC Collective, spotlighting the work of the church’s worship team. Kim was a featured lead on a few tracks.  “Praise is what we do”, Kim says proudly. “What an honor it is to have the chance to bring people into the presence of the almighty God. I am grateful that He chose me to be his hands and touch hearts through music. I’ll say it again, Jesus is my choice. He is the only way.”

Kim relies heavily on her faith and the instruction she received growing up under strict but loving parents. Kim’s Christian journey began in her formative years. Raised in a Though ostracized at school for being different, Kim found comfort and confidence through music, singing with her brothers under the musical instruction of their mother. Her natural talent and dedication led to further musical studies in high school, followed by continued music education throughout her college years.

Kim’s gift continues to make room for her as people are left in awe after hearing her sing the gospel. Kim wowed audiences with her rendition of Sweet Little Jesus Boy which continues to amass views on the church YouTube page and Kim was featured on the Fox News affiliate for her stellar work as a music minister at CCC.  Plans are underway for a new EP and a promotional tour during second quarter of 2026.
