Kim Burrell Joins Pharrell Williams on Hidden Figures Soundtrack

Pharrell Williams calls on assistance from Kim Burrell for I See A Victory, one of three new tracks featured in the 20th Century Fox film Hidden Figures hitting the box office across the US on Christmas Day.  “I See A Victory” and “Runnin’” are original songs written and produced by Williams for the film.

Hidden Figures chronicles the historic launch of John Glenn into orbit and delivers the untold stories of Katherine Johnson (Taraji P. Henson), Dorothy Vaughn (Octavia Spencer) and Mary Jackson (Janelle Monae)  three African American women responsible for the historic feat.

Pharrell Williams produced the film’s soundtrack, in addition to partnering with longtime collaborator Hans Zimmer as well as Benjamin Wallfisch to compose the film’s score.
