36th Annual Dove Award Nominees
The nominees for the 36th Annual Dove Awards have been announced by
 the Gospel Music Association (GMA), and are to be awarded on April 13, 2005 at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.
Dove Awards nominations go to recordings released during the Eligibility Year November 1, 2003 through October 31, 2004 and voted on by the Gospel Music Association.

 In addition, Israel Houghton were nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year, and Producer of The Year, and Nicole C. Mullen as Female Vocalist of the Year. Houghton was also given a nod for Song of the Year ("Friend Of God").
