Inspired by the final sermon series preached by the late Reverend Arthur T. Jones, founder of the Florida Mass Choir, singer\/songwriter\/musician Corey P. Edwards was compelled to write Daily Prayer.\u00a0 The song serves as Edwards’ single released this week to iTunes, Amazon and other digital outlets.<\/p>\n
Edwards was privileged to serve as music minister at Bible Based Fellowship Church, under the leadership of Jones, where he oversaw a music and arts team of over 500 singers, musicians, worship leaders and dancers.\u00a0 He presently serves as Director of Worship for the Jacksonville, Fl based Abyssinia Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Eugene Diamond.\u00a0 Through CoEd Ministries, he travels the country teaching music workshops.\u00a0 His musical compositions have been recorded by the Gospel Music Workshop of America and he has held leadership positions in the National Baptist Convention as well as the Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship.\u00a0 2016 evidenced his elevation to the office of Vice President of the National Baptist Convention Music & Worship Arts Auxiliary for the South East Region.<\/p>\n
Edwards continues in the spirit of Reverend Jones and Florida Mass with the formation of the 350 strong Florida Fellowship Super Choir,
