JJ Hairston & Friends Perform for TBN's "15th Street Live" tapings

 

On Monday December 6th, JJ Hairstonhosted the second set of tapings for a new show to be featured on TBN called “15th Street Live” The show is geared toward youth and infuses traditional, alternative rock, and contemporary gospel music. This Monday the artists featured were: Double-Edged, Stephen Hurd, Trent Cory, Earnest Pugh, John McClure Jr., and Pastor Arthur Rucker provided and inspirational word for the youth. Pastor Donnie McClurkin also stopped by to support the show. The music and ministry provided by JJ Hairston & Youthful Praise and all of the guests was amazing. The energy and passion for the Lord and the youth was contagious. I was completely blown away by the artistry and ministry of a new group called Double-Edged. From the response of the audience I could tell that we all were.

 Some of the most noted songs of the past 2 years in the gospel music community like: “Great Praise” by Stephen Hurd, “Rain On Us” by Earnest Pugh, “Awesome Wonder” by Youthful Praise were performed. However it was not  the sheer notoriety of these songs that made these tapings a wonderful experience, it was  the worship experience that left an indelible impression upon all in attendance.
