Pugh’s theme for this milestone in life is “Fortified and Fifty Five”
According to Pugh, “God gave me a theme ”Fifthy-Five and Fortified” to signify being surrounded and shielded by greatness. I believe everyone that made it into that room were strategically placed there for a time such as this. I am reminded of a scripture ( Isaiah 43:4) “Because you are precious and honored in my sight I will give you people for your life.” Not everyone has been sent to you by GOD and they won’t continue with you in this next chapter.
Pugh was serenaded with birthday wishes and a special culinary creation, a Louis Vuitton Cake adored in his theme colors blue, gold, and cream.
Also in attendance was Mr. Bobby Cartwright, Producer of The Gospel Superfest garnering interviews from various artists and industry executives in the room for use as part of the forthcoming Rance Allen Documentary.
Pugh’s greatest gift was having his two sisters: Ruby Pugh Barentine (Memphis, TN) and Cathy Pugh-Smith (Nashville) to celebrate with him this year!!
