T. Bizzy

For the last decade, the Nureau Ink movement, headed by Tonéx, has reshaped the surface area of urban music. The productive mastermind and hip-hop influence found behind the bulk of the Nureau offerings comes from his alter ego, T. Bizzy.

In the spirit of many other super producers, T. Bizzy steps from behind the mix board and into the booth to drop his long anticipated self-titled release. This 17-track effort submits some of the most hardcore urban offerings found in any secular or gospel arena with tracks that are bound to keep you talking for a long time to come.

CDIt's no surprise that Bizzy handles the lion's share of the production and writing efforts, penning and producing 16 of the album's 17 tracks. This definitively hip-hop endeavor spans the gamut of musical influences where all flavors of the genre are masterfully presented. From the East coast flow of "It Ain't Done" to the crunk-influenced vibe of "Lil Bit" to the decidedly West coast flava of "Bel Air", Bizzy has no geographical boundaries to his presentation.

Continuing the trademark of the Nureau Ink movement, Bizzy collaborates with some of the Ink's finest delegates. Be sure to check out Kimme's contributions on the fun "Tortilla Chips" and "Break It Up", which also features Omega. Brotha Los joins the party on the incredibly infectious "That'z Whassup", while AJB 1981 and Chewy Lewy add their flair to "Poundcake".

Other creative hits include "Banganyn", which gets an extended mix filled with Washington, DC-based go-go, and the 1920's influenced "Nobody But Me". (Yes, you read that right, a 1920's vibe going on here.)

No matter how you slice it, T. Bizzy's long awaited solo project is a musical escapade that will keep the hip-hop heads both spinning and noddin'. Chalk up another hit for the Nureau Ink crew.
